Notary Services
A document needs a notary and you need it done right — without hunting for an appointment or driving across town. We provide professional notarizations online, for signers wherever remote notarization is permitted, and in person across Texas.
Who it's for
- Anyone who needs a document notarized quickly, without tracking down an appointment.
- Remote signers who need an online (remote) notarization from anywhere it's permitted.

How it works
Step 1
Tell us what you need
Send the document type and whether you want online or in-person (Texas), and we confirm we can notarize it.
Step 2
Verify identity
Each signer presents a valid government photo ID; online sessions use secure identity verification.
Step 3
Notarize
We witness the signing and complete the notarial certificate — live online or in person.
Step 4
Deliver
You receive the notarized document; online notarizations are completed and returned electronically.

The scope
We notarize signatures and administer oaths and affirmations. We do not provide legal advice, draft or review legal documents, or notarize where a valid ID is missing or a conflict of interest exists. Notary fees follow the maximums set by state law. For in-person appointments, travel starts at $35 — a local starting travel fee; longer distances are quoted before the appointment. “Mobile” notary (included at Enterprise) means we come to your location within our service area.
How to start
Start with the free 30-minute strategy session. We map the work, recommend a plan tier or a standalone scope, and put it in writing before anything begins.
Not included
- Legal advice, or drafting or reviewing legal documents — that's your attorney's role.
- Notarizing without a valid, current government-issued ID, or where a conflict of interest exists.
- Acts outside a notary's authority or outside the states where we're commissioned.
- In-person notarization outside Texas (Georgia is in process).
