Allotments reset monthly unless a cell notes otherwise — /qtr = per quarter, per term = once per contract term. Unused allotment does not roll over.
How allotments work
- Your tier sets the volume for each service line. The figures in the table are per-service maximums — not a promise that every maximum is used in the same month.
- Some work is project-based and scheduled by capacity (websites, publishing, events, training, larger builds), so it's planned into your month rather than delivered on demand.
- A large production project can span more than one period and may draw on more than one month's allotment; we scope that with you up front.
- Concurrency has limits — Foundation runs one active project, Momentum up to three, Enterprise at program level.
- Unused allotment doesn't roll over, and anything beyond your allotment is quoted in writing first.
What the turnaround levels mean
- Standard — your work enters the normal production queue.
- Priority in queue — scheduled ahead of standard requests where capacity permits.
- Priority on everything — first scheduling priority among active clients.
Turnaround still varies by service — each service page gives the detail, and deadline work can be flagged as rush.

What each line includes
The comparison rows above are summaries. Here's what each service line covers, and how the tiers differ. Anything beyond your allotment is quoted in writing first.
- Publishing
- Foundation: a publishing consult plus one short piece that month — up to ~2,000 words (a book description, author bio, back-cover copy, or one short formatted piece). Momentum: one title in production per term — editorial, interior and eBook formatting, and cover coordination for a single manuscript or eBook. Enterprise: end-to-end production of one book (edit, layout, cover, print-ready and eBook files) plus a launch plan, under Redd Ladys Chronicles. ISBN and print runs at cost.
- Media
- Foundation: one produced asset a month — an audiogram, short-form video, or show/cover art. Momentum: two podcast episodes a month (up to ~90 min each — edit, cleanup, intro/outro, music) plus episode art. Enterprise: a full season (13–15 episodes) with show/cover art and distribution setup. Recording talent and studio/venue costs at cost.
- Digital
- Foundation: one landing page — design, responsive build, a form, basic SEO, deployed to your hosting. Momentum: a multi-page site or a minimum-viable PWA — several pages/screens, forms and integrations, deploy. Enterprise: a full custom app or PWA delivered in phases; larger builds scoped from $6,000. Hosting, domain, and app-store fees at cost.
- Events
- In-person only. Foundation: one event per term — plan, budget outline, and vendor coordination (planning, not day-of). Momentum: one event per quarter with a detailed run-of-show. Enterprise: quarterly events with on-site coordination the day of. Venue, catering, and hard costs at cost.
- Corporate training
- Half- or full-day classes, on-site or virtual, 20-attendee minimum (+$250 per person over 20). Foundation: one class per term. Momentum: one class per quarter. Enterprise: a class each quarter plus a custom training track for your team.
- Systems & automation
- Foundation: one workflow built per term — a process map plus the build (an automation, tracker, or dashboard). Momentum: a buildout each quarter. Enterprise: ongoing automation throughout the term. Third-party software billed at cost.
- Agriculture & land
- Foundation: one deliverable a month — a regenerative-plan section, stewardship calendar, or records template. Momentum: one full land or stewardship plan per quarter. Enterprise: ongoing program management. Specialized surveying, legal, or agronomy referred out as needed.
- Grants
- No guarantee of award — we research, prepare, and submit. Foundation: a research/prospect list plus one application prepared and submitted per quarter. Momentum: two applications per quarter, plus a separate quarterly funder-reporting allotment. Enterprise: a managed grants calendar with ongoing research, applications, and submissions.

- Deliverable packages beyond your allotment are quoted in writing first. For construction submittals specifically, extra packages run a flat $450/week covering any number that week (the standalone weekly rate for non-plan clients is $750/week)
- Rush $550 surcharge added on top of a package, never included in any plan
- Additional VA hours $55 Foundation / $50 Momentum / $40 Enterprise
