The scope

Recording talent is yours. Studio and venue costs are billed at cost. On a plan: Foundation is one produced asset a month; Momentum is two podcast episodes a month plus art; Enterprise is a full season (13–15 episodes) with art and distribution setup.

How to start

Start with the free 30-minute strategy session. We map the work, recommend a plan tier or a standalone scope, and put it in writing before anything begins.

Timeline

Production runs on your show's cadence, with a set number of episodes and assets per month by tier. Standard editing covers episodes up to 90 minutes; longer episodes are quoted as a surcharge. Turnaround is agreed with your schedule so you publish on time.

Revisions

Revisions are handled per episode to get it right, with the number of rounds set by your package. Extensive re-edits beyond scope are quoted separately.

Questions

What's included in the $350 podcast episode?

The $350 standalone episode covers one episode up to 90 minutes and includes: audio editing, noise cleanup, intro and outro placement, music placement, and episode cover art (thumbnail), plus one revision round. It does not automatically include video editing, show notes, transcripts, additional social clips, or publishing and distribution to your channels — those are available on a podcast package or higher plan tier, or as add-ons. The Book & Pay description ('edit + cover art') matches this scope.

What's the maximum episode length?

Standard editing covers episodes up to 90 minutes. Longer episodes are handled as a surcharge, quoted by length.

What files do I submit, and in what format?

Send your raw recording as WAV, MP3, MP4, or MOV. We'll confirm exactly what we need for your show at the strategy session.

Do you publish the episodes, or just edit them?

Both are available by package. Some packages are edit-only — we deliver publish-ready files and you upload — and others include publishing to your channels (YouTube, Spotify, Apple) once you grant access.

How many social clips do I get?

Clip count is set by your tier or package rather than a single fixed number; we'll spell out your allotment at kickoff.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are handled per episode to get it right, with the number of rounds set by your package. Extensive re-edits beyond scope are quoted separately.

Do you provide the music?

We place royalty-free music, or your own licensed tracks and intro/outro. We won't place music you don't have the rights to.
